Polydactyly
3-year-old boy with congenital polydactyly (double little finger). The x-ray shows two small fingers including partially atrophied metacarpal bones.
During surgery, the two atrophied metacarpals are joined into one and the sixth finger is removed.
The result achieved after two years shows a normal and functioning hand.
