Bilateral Stiffening of the Elbow

29-year-old patient was in a coma for several months after a traffic accident, without physiotherapy. This resulted in a bilateral stiffening of the elbow. The x-ray shows a very strong ossification of the elbow joint.

After surgical removal of the officiations, the elbow can be bent and stretched almost normally again.
